		<description>Before watching the commercial I was a little puzzelled that you would put it in the middle of your post. Of course, now I understand perfectly. Listening to understand the other person, before we respond, is such an important part of true communication. Thankfully God never missunderstands us. 
 
We used voice-only Skype when our daughter was in Germany as an exchange student and it was helpful. I usually communicate by email only since my travels have often been to places without good internet connections. </description>

		<description>I never have to trouble for my job, but Skype is great for grandparents.  I live in Maryland and my parents live in Indiana.  My mom is a principal, so she can&#039;t make it out here often, but it makes her day when we call her on skype so she can see her granddaughter. </description>
