We've collected our free rentals at one of the mom-and-pop movie stores here and went in and scored! My husband and I each got one movie for ourselves and picked out two that will not only delight our five-year-old, but make him squeal with excitement! I've prepared ourselves with the necessities: popcorn for popping, chicken for skewers complete with apple slices and sweet peppers, soft-serve yogurt and a cleared out spot for camping out tonight. Tomorrow we will wrap up any school shopping and have the afternoon out with friends and barbecued delights. Sunday we will have an early morning service followed by a church brunch and the afternoon will be spent playing outside if the weather permits or inside creating a shhhhhhhhh secret fort!
